How much can a body change in just four months? According to 41 years young, Brian Greenspan… a lot!
Greenspan says, “This is no ‘get on the bench and press’ workout. I am constantly moving: jumping from cardio to core-strengthening to muscle-building exercises in different combinations that keep the heart-rate up and the sweat flying (so much sweat!)
We’re proud of Brian’s determination. By staying on track with the SF Squared fitness program and moderating his nutritional consumption, he was able to make body fat ‘cry for mercy’… Increasing overall muscle mass, while decreasing his waist line. Way to go Brian!
