Job requirements :

  • Know and surpass daily sales goals, professionally presenting our Wellness & Fitness Plans.
  • Handle Prospects, guest traffic, phone inquiries, scheduling appointments, etc.
  • Conduct high quality tours of facility.
  • Provide outstanding customer service. Interact and observe members, make recommendations and proactively solve problems.
  • Demonstrate passion and knowledge of the The Squad app, Fitness Fund and SF Squared facilities.
  • Work from front desk, answer phones in a courteous, helpful manner.
  • Initiate the selling of personal training, massage, and all ancillary services at point of sale.
  • Create friendly atmosphere for members and guests.
  • Know, understand, and follow all policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Facilitate all member requests or forward to a manager.
  • Maintain professional manner at all times.
  • Keep work area clean, neat and organized.
  • Assist in all projects as delegated by club management.
  • Follow all policies and procedures in Employee Handbook.

Qualifications:

Self motivator with strong customer service skills.
Exceptional sales, written and verbal communication skills.
