We’re happy to report that we’ve had another successful year in 2025. Although little on the outside has changed in what we do, at SF Squared Inc., more progress has been made in building out our team and adding new marketing and programming initiatives!

New marketing this year started with more content available on physical education, through YouTube. You can view some of our exercise videos, as well as quick workout tips, and in-depth explanations of reasons and benefits of exercise. If you haven’t subscribed yet, please do so @SFSquaredInc on our YouTube channel. You can also see more information and up to date posts on social media through “Threads” and “Instagram” @getsfsquared!
This past fall we welcomed a new addition to our team with Erin Vancellete stepping into the new role of Manager/Assistant Head Coach of our Training Garage. They bring a wealth of knowledge in Business Development, and athletic coaching, and we are excited for all the ways our company will benefit with them in the coming phases of our development.
Our Boot Camp class changed from our Potrero Hill location in the mornings Tuesday and Thursday, back to our original location in Duboce Park on Saturdays. It’s wonderful to be in the heart of the city, closer to our Training Garage location at 1441-A Stevenson Street, San Francisco CA, 94103. As our programs build out this year, this was a necessary change to bring a diversity of programs for the coming year.
Speaking of 2026, we have an addition of two new classes! Starting on February 6, 2026 we have a new yoga class, called “Go With The Flow”! It’s a yoga class incorporating diverse methods of movement, and meditative exercises, to bring participants to a relaxed state. To add to these vibes, we have a new stretch class too! Starting on March 7, 2026, we will begin a stretch class as well at our Training Garage, named “Stretch It Out”! Both classes will be taught by our new staff member Erin Vancellette, with details on online booking available soon. Space is limited, so if interested, please let either of us know.

For the beginning of this year, we’re beginning a new initiative in marketing and price structure, by beginning a subscription model for personal training. As we are only beginning this model, it will only be available for One-To-One clients, in our Training Garage who train two to three times per week. Designed as a streamlined way of coaching, with rewarding less absenteeism and consistency with a lower price point, our new program is called “Fast Track Pass”. Not only will price reduce on this program, with more additional sessions, but free classes will be added to take part in our new yoga and stretch classes. To find out more details, and to sign up to this new monthly subscription program, contact myself or Erin to be a part of it!
You may see some more new faces this year, as independent trainers begin to book the Training Garage for use. We want to welcome more into our SF Squared Community to make it even bigger and better. As well, in order to meet our mission statement goals, we are working with neighboring businesses and the mayor’s office to make a safer and more welcoming street outside our doors. I personally will be connecting building managers, businesses, City of San Francisco officials, and artists, to create the “Stevenson-Clinton Rise Project”, set on beautifying our streets with light installations, gates for alcoves, and new murals.
We at SF Squared appreciate your support and would like you to keep you informed of everything we do, to make your fitness journey better and brighter in 2026. Thank you for being a part of SF Squared!
Sincerely,
Race Cooper
Founder / Head Coach – SF Squared Inc.
