SF Squared Transformation: Matt Fuller

Although we’ve had a number of transformations over the years, it’s rare to have one as well documented as Matt Fuller’s. Matt has always been athletic, and at 42 years old, enjoys running and participating in yoga classes.

However, he was looking for ways to push his body further, and attain the six pack he’s always wanted. With some coaching in strength training, focusing on muscle isolation, and cardio with kickboxing, Fuller has accomplished a major physical transformation. Lucky for us at SF Squared, Matt isn’t shy when it comes to documenting his changes with photos on social media.  Check out his amazing results (especially his abs) over the 2 year period of training with owner, and coach Race Cooper!

 

With knowledgeable training from Cooper, and Matt’s determination, Fuller was able to go from 135lbs and 12.5% body fat, to an incredible 6.2% body fat and 145lbs! There of course have been some ups and downs in his journey, but understanding the importance of consistent dieting and training, has helped  Matt achieve the six pack and muscular body, he’s always wanted!
