Stretch It Out: A New Weekly Stretch Class from SF Squared

We’re excited to roll out Stretch It Out, a new weekly stretch-focused class from SF Squared, launching March 7 at 10:00 AM at our Training Garage location (1441-A Stevenson Street, San Francisco, CA 94130).
Stretch It Out is designed for anyone looking to move better, feel looser, and take better care of their body—whether you’re lifting heavy, training hard, or simply feeling stiff from everyday life. To ensure a high-quality experience, each class is limited to just six participants, allowing for personalized coaching and detailed attention. Online booking is available, and spots are expected to fill quickly.
Each session covers a variety of proven stretching methods, including static stretching, dynamic stretching, and myofascial release techniques. This well-rounded approach helps improve flexibility, joint mobility, circulation, and overall movement efficiency. Expect to learn stretches you can safely and effectively use both inside and outside the class.
A major focus of Stretch It Out is posture and alignment. Instructors will closely monitor form, offering corrections and cues to ensure you’re stretching the right muscles in the right way—helping reduce injury risk while maximizing results. This isn’t just about “feeling a stretch,” but understanding how your body moves and how to support it long-term.
Classes are $30 per session, making it an accessible way to invest in recovery, mobility, and performance. Participants should bring their own yoga mat and a refillable water bottle.
